Do you offer takeaway or seating in-store?

Of course. Grab your drink to-go or stay a little longer and enjoy it in our bar. The choice is yours!

Do you offer lactose-free milk?

Definitely. Pick your favorite plant-based milk: Alpro Barista Soy, Almond, Oat or Coconut. And the best no extra charge for them.

And for the dairy lovers… yes, classic cow’s milk is available too. 🐄

Do you offer vegan drinks?

Absolutely. From chai lattes and coffee to bubble tea and matcha, we’ve got plenty of vegan-friendly options.

Choose your favorite plant-based milk: Alpro Barista Soy, Almond, Oat or Coconut, always free of charge.

And for the bubble tea lovers: our popping boba is made with real fruit juice and seaweed-based ingredients. so no gelatin, just the good stuff.

Do you also serve food?

Absolutely. We always have something sweet waiting for you in-store.

Think freshly baked chocolate chip or salted caramel cookies, cake slices (from carrot cake, matcha cake to marble or lemon cake), muffins in rotating flavors like stracciatella, blueberry, chocolate or Biscoff, and our beloved mochi donuts.

And on weekends and during holidays, you can also treat yourself to freshly baked croissants. 🥐

Are your drinks halal?

Yes. Our drinks are halal-friendly. Our popping boba is made with real fruit juice and seaweed-based ingredients, so no gelatin, just the good stuff.

Do you have a physical shop?

Yes, we have a physical shop of Chou Chou. Adress: Lippenslaan 363, 8300 Knokke, Belgium

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we also offer gift vouchers! A super fun way to surprise someone special, with the freedom to choose something yourself. We have them available in all kinds of values. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Did you accidentally place a wrong order? Contact us as soon as possible at. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will do all we can to still change or cancel it.

How can I return a product?

You can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is still in its original packaging and condition.
